Refund & Return 

At EPrintZone, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every customer receives quality products and an exceptional experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and transparent refund and return policy to make things right.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product remains unused and unopened, and in the original packaging with all manuals, tags, and accessories.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

Please note: Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges or toners.

  • Printers that have been set up, used, or registered with HP.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence by the customer.

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective).

3. Refund Conditions & Timelines

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email/phone regarding the status of your return request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank details to initiate a refund via bank transfer.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences after usage

4. Exchange Policy

In case of a defective or wrongly delivered product, we offer a free replacement. To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange for pickup and replacement (subject to availability).

If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar item of equal value

  • A full refund upon request

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may proceed with a return after delivery.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To raise a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at info@eprintzone.store.

  2. Share your Order ID, product name, issue description, and images (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our fault (defective or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Products sent to us without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.

  • Please retain all receipts, labels, and order confirmations until your return is processed.
